Cookies & Cream Truffles

My family has been making these delicious little treats now for quite a few years at Christmas. They only have THREE ingredients and are super easy  to make. They’re always one of the first cookies to go during the holidays!

I use the recipe straight from the Kraft website…find it here.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of original Oreos (I haven’t tried out different flavors, but the candy cane or golden ones might be a fun way to mix it up too!)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese

Caramel Chocolate Pecan Pie

This caramel chocolate pecan pie is so delicious and super rich (seriously don’t cut yourself a big slice). It’s a super easy pie to make and is perfect for any holiday. In our family, we’ve had it every Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember (and we call it Turtle Pie- like the turtle candies), but it’s excellent for any holiday, and so hard to mess up! The original recipe is by Kraft and is on this scrap of paper we have at our house that is ancient, Kraft has a very similar recipe out now that you can…

Stuffed Crescent Roll Carrots

0

These are the cutest appetizer for Easter dinner or a fancy way to use up all those extra hard boiled eggs you decorated. I’ve made these once a few years ago and decided to bring them back this year because they’re so adorable!

I change the filling of the original Pillsbury recipe, they fill the crescents with a cream cheese concoction, but I do egg salad because it’s Easter after all! You can find the original recipe HERE.
