DIY Dipped Vase

0

This DIY takes hardly any time or effort, the most time spent is waiting for paint to dry. I LOVE the look of these dipped vases (also found here and here), but wasn’t a fan of the price tag. As soon as I saw these glass vases at Target that were the exact same shape and size without the “dip” I knew a DIY could be done! This project came in at under $25 versus the $130+ vases you can buy already dipped!

DIY Floral Wall Art

frame | entry table

After doing this DIY for my sister-in-law with her wedding bouquet, I am now obsessed with this concept and think it would be beautiful to do with any meaningful flowers, or even if you just need some unique wall art with flowers you get from the grocery store!

I obviously have babies on the mind being pregnant…but it would also be super adorable with “baby’s first flowers” to put up in a little girl’s nursery with flowers that were brought to the hospital at…

DIY Abstract Canvas Painting

sofa | lumbar pillows | square pillows

I’ve been looking for a piece of large-scale art for above our sofa and haven’t had any luck at a reasonable price. My home is very neutral, and I wanted something abstract that was also neutral. When I couldn’t seem to find what I wanted, I decided to take matters into my own hands and attempted making the art myself.

This was one of the easier DIY projects I’ve done, and people are always impressed at how good of a “painter” I am…

DIY Linen Pinboard

0

play table | play chairs | picture light

This pinboard was a SUPER easy DIY project and was incredibly inexpensive. It cost me about $15…much cheaper than this exact same size $169 Pottery Barn one that I used as inspiration! I put it in Wyatt’s playroom to display his artwork, but it can be used anywhere- a kitchen for all those miscellaneous papers, pictures & coupons, an office or even a bedroom.
